📋 Description

• Manage complex and dynamic calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and events with minimal conflicts • Prepare follow-up notes and support documentation ahead of critical meetings • Ability to work on presentations and prep for internal and client meetings • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive organizational and personal information • Assist with project tracking, status updates, and operational initiatives as directed by leadership • Support invoice processing, and vendor coordination if applicable • Serve as a professional, polished representative of executive leadership with internal and external stakeholders • Liaise between executives, leadership teams, and departmental contacts to ensure alignment and timely follow-through • Build strong relationships across the organization to anticipate needs and streamline communication flow • Assist with planning and execution of strategic initiatives, leadership meetings, and special projects as needed • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted • 3+ years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • High level of discretion and professionalism; able to manage sensitive information • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and project-tracking tools • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
