📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle • Manage a high volume of employee relations and case management matters, including investigations, performance management and workplace conduct issues • Support leaders in navigating Fair Work, policy, compliance and employee relations matters • Build trusted relationships with frontline operational teams in a complex and fast-moving environment • Contribute to the delivery of people initiatives, organisational change programs and transformation projects • Support workforce planning, talent, engagement and capability initiatives that drive business performance • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and broader People teams to deliver strong employee and leader experiences • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement practical solutions that add value to the business

🎯 Requirements

• Strong HR generalist experience with solid foundations in employee relations and case management • Experience supporting large, operational or frontline workforces within a complex organisation • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment • Sound understanding of employment legislation and Fair Work principles • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels • Experience working within a unionised environment will be highly regarded • Exposure to HR projects, organisational change or transformation programs is advantageous • A proactive, resilient mindset and genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to a high-performing team • Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical assessment including fitness to work and drug & alcohol screening
