• About Teamified • Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. • We pride ourselves with hiring great teams to work on exciting game changing technology. • Teamified currently has 200+ engineers, testers, product managers etc. working across 20+ partners. • We focus on uplifting the way organisations build and manage their remote teams through great working relationships, trust, integrity, culture and hiring processes. • Client Summary: • Our client brings over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality, end-to-end building solutions across Australia. • We specialise in a wide range of construction services, including groundworks, extensions, renovations, kitchen and bathroom installations, and new builds for both residential and commercial projects. • With a strong focus on transparency, quality, and innovation, we are committed to delivering builds that stand the test of time. • Role: • We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales across our full suite of construction services. • Your experience in real estate and/or construction will enable you to understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and guide them confidently through the project lifecycle. • Responsibilities: • Generate and qualify leads across residential and commercial segments. • Promote the company’s full range of construction services, including extensions, renovations, and new builds. • Build strong relationships with homeowners, developers, investors, and commercial clients. • Conduct consultations, site assessments, and project briefings with a focus on client needs and feasibility. • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, design, and delivery) to ensure accurate proposals and smooth handovers. • Maintain CRM data, track pipeline, and report on KPIs regularly. • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, ideally within the construction or real estate sectors. • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building processes. • Familiarity with Build Exact Construction System is desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets. • Confident in delivering presentations and negotiating with decision-makers.
