• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably selling to manufacturers or advanced technical software and service solutions (or equivalent software development experience) • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and address both technical and business requirements • Strong track record of prospecting and closing • Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, including Director and executive leadership • Deep product knowledge with compelling presentation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently • Flexible, proactive, adaptable, and results-driven • Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience selling CAD/CAM, PLM, ERP, MES, or QMS software solutions • Experience working within an international company • Strong industry network and market insight
