• You support our clients, whether for a few months as an interim consultant or as an advisory resource on specific projects • You bring structure, clarity and a fresh perspective to their HR controlling • You build data structures that actually work and help select the right tools • You turn personnel cost planning into more than an Excel exercise • Mostly remote; you'll be on-site at the client occasionally for onboarding or key meetings
• 3–5 years of experience in HR controlling or financial controlling • You are passionate about data — you want not just to report but to understand and shape it • Strong Excel skills, ideally including Power Query • You either have solid Power BI skills or are ready to learn it seriously • You find AI in the HR context exciting rather than threatening and want to work with it actively • People Analytics is not a buzzword to you but a direction you want to grow into • Experience with reporting in SAP, Workday or P&I LOGA is a real plus • You work independently, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable in a remote setup
• Mostly remote, with occasional on-site client meetings • Flexible working within the EU possible, provided you are resident in Germany • Part-time from 32 hours or full-time (40h) — you choose what fits your life • 10 paid training days per year — you decide the direction of your development • Structured onboarding: from day one you'll have a personal buddy to introduce you to our team and culture • A team that takes HR tech seriously and actively supports your development in People Analytics & AI • Exposure to various industries, company sizes and HR systems • Collaboration on equal terms, without unnecessary hierarchies
