Description

• Perform B2B telemarketing efforts on behalf of our clients, identifying qualified leads for their campaigns • Learn and use customized scripts, articulating the technical and business benefits of our client’s products/services • Build rapport with potential leads to gather information • Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone interaction time • Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals by the expected date • Analyze our scripts and processes, listen to calls, and find innovative solutions to help programs run more efficiently

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in telemarketing, sales, or similar role preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication • Superior attention to detail and organization • Results driven • Perseverance and the ability to push past the 'no' • Excellent attendance • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00am AEST to 5:00pm AEST • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
