• Ensure governance of HubSpot CRM and other tools that support lead qualification and conversion processes, aligned with commercial needs. • Create objects, properties, workflows and automations with a systemic, integrated view of the commercial/sales process. • Map and optimize customer relationship processes, ensuring alignment with the needs of each segment and maximizing results. • Define and develop management reports in coordination with leadership, ensuring data accuracy for strategic decision-making. • Train new operators, guiding them in the execution of processes and routines relevant to each role. • Monitor and implement process improvements, correcting issues and proposing solutions to increase operational efficiency. • Create individualized reports to track operator performance, providing analytical visibility to support decision-making. • Design relationship campaigns aimed at converting new drivers, increasing trip frequency and reactivating inactive users. • Represent the area with suppliers and identify new technological tools that improve performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields. • Minimum of 2 years working with CRM methodology in HubSpot. • Experience managing sales funnels, sales workflows and producing reports. • Experience with Agile methodology and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) for projects and processes. • Experience in data analysis. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills. • Experience with omnichannel tools. • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
