• Prospect, develop and manage a client portfolio, identifying business opportunities in temporary climate solutions, ensuring a continuous generation of a qualified pipeline aligned with the BU strategy. • Lead complex commercial negotiations involving HVAC rental contracts (chillers, rooftop units and fan coils), ensuring margins, timelines, contractual risk management and alignment with the company’s commercial guidelines. • Prepare commercial proposals and budgets in collaboration with technical and application engineering teams, ensuring technical and financial feasibility and fulfillment of client requirements. • Conduct technical and commercial site visits to clients and prospects to understand needs, support solution definition and strengthen commercial relationships. • Manage the sales funnel in the CRM, keeping information up to date, delivering reliable forecasts and providing pipeline visibility to support BU management. • Act as the interface between clients and internal departments, supporting technical, operational and contractual alignment during proposal, closing and contract start-up phases. • Support the Manager of the Air Conditioning Unit in preparing reports, analyses and commercial performance presentations, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• High school diploma. • Currently studying for a degree in Commercial Management or related fields is desirable. • Experience as a Sales/Commercial Consultant. • Experience with chillers, rooftop units and fan coils. • Strong technical knowledge of the product and its applications. • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and CRM systems. • Agility, strong communication skills, proactivity and strong interpersonal skills.
