Description

• Designer III role in Acoustic Design Engineering • Support design process from conceptual design through construction administration • Involved in virtually constructing a building • Document design contract from construction documents set through record drawing submittals • Self-manage assigned tasks and be the go-to person on projects for reviews, modeling, and project documentation • Ensure effective collaboration and coordination internally and externally • Perform calculations, design systems, and develop deliverables with minimal support • Mentorship opportunities to learn from senior level technical staff • Represent TEECOM Values and Guiding Principles • Lead by example and provide indirect mentorship • Knowledge of AEC industry and design and construction process a plus

Requirements

• BS in Engineering and/or Physics or equivalent experience • 3+ years of Architecture, Engineering, & Construction industry or equivalent experience • Knowledge of acoustic fundamentals, vibration fundamentals, HVAC system noise control, etc. • Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit) experience is a plus • Bluebeam Studio experience is a plus • Acoustic modeling software experience is a plus • MaxMSP experience is a plus • Microsoft Suite and G Suite proficiency • EIT certification is a plus

Benefits

• Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 a year • Quarterly reviews are completed on schedule • Utilization equals 85% • Average hours worked is between 40 and 50 hours per week • Achieve goals from the Performance Plan each quarter • Complete 100% of Asana tasks on time
