📋 Description

• Administer and configure the TeamDynamix ITSM platform, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Knowledge Base, and Service Catalog • Integrate TeamDynamix iPaaS with systems such as Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce, asset management tools, and CMDBs • Customize forms, workflows, and automation rules according to ITIL best practices and organizational requirements • Gather stakeholder requirements, define system enhancements, and deliver ITSM solutions • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics for IT service performance monitoring • Provide end-user support and training • Coordinate testing and deployment of configurations, updates, and integrations • Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance adherence • Monitor TeamDynamix features and industry best practices to drive continual service improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an ITSM Administrator/Configurator with expertise in ITSM software • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices • Experience creating and managing workflows, forms, and business rules within an ITSM platform • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 2 years focused on ITSM platform administration • Experience with Team Dynamix IT service management software preferred • Experience with other ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or FreshService is a plus • ITIL Foundation certification or higher preferred • Experience with integrations using APIs or middleware platforms preferred
