📋 Description

• Provide technical information on available facilities for telephone system installations. • Check the status of pending orders for new installations by consulting internal controls and identifying service alternatives. • Keep cable records, telephone indexes, and cadastral plans up to date. • Monitor the time spent on each service. • Track the pre-assignment of facilities. • Review sales/registration documents and information submitted by sales representatives using a checklist. • Correctly register coverage areas and addressing information, keeping the field team up to date. • Ensure the quality of information provided to customers and sales representatives to prevent customer churn and canceled sales. • Monitor the sales and registration process from work order generation through service activation. • Ensure effective after-sales support by diagnosing potential issues in the information provided to customers. • Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the work area. • Perform other duties of a similar nature, level of complexity, and responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. • Business-hours schedule, Monday through Saturday.
