• Partner with the VP to implement ECP marketing strategies and ensure timely execution of launch deliverables. • Lead development and delivery of sales tools, digital assets, and practice integration materials that enable ECPs to successfully adopt Yuvezzi. • Manage agency partners and vendors to ensure high-quality creative, efficient workflows, and alignment with brand strategy. • Serve as the primary liaison to the field team, ensuring consistent communication, alignment on priorities, and seamless feedback loops between sales and marketing. • Under the direction of the VP, lead execution of TenPoint’s ECP omnichannel plan—including print, digital, CRM, non-personal promotion, and website content updates. • Coordinate with analytics and IT to ensure proper setup, delivery, and tracking of omnichannel campaigns. • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and agency workflows to ensure channel activations are executed on time and within budget. • Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and ROI. • Partner with Sales Leadership and the VP to develop marketing-led content for sales training programs. • Support planning and logistics for launch meetings, field advisory councils, and regional training sessions. • Support the VP on eCommerce launch readiness by managing marketing-related deliverables (e.g., HCP education tools, internal training, field FAQs).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, ophthalmic, or healthcare marketing, with a focus on field execution and product launch support • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and sales enablement within a professional audience • Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
