• Own the post-sales client relationship across onboarding, training, renewal, and upgrades • Serve as the integral link between our end-users and the Support, Product, and Marketing teams • Actively engage with assigned customers to understand their goals and challenges with the software and ensure that their use aligns accordingly to meet their needs • Monitor and ensure upcoming renewals to maximize client retention • Monitor, measure, and improve leading indicators of customer relationship health such as product usage, engagement, NPS, and Customer Satisfaction • Identify revenue opportunities either internally (license expansion within the customer account) or externally (customer decision maker changes firms) for Sales
• 2 years in a B2B SaaS Customer Success role • Experience with subscription renewal and upgrade sales cycles • Experience with Multi-Threading across an organization • Working knowledge of Enterprise structures and ability to navigate within • Ability to manage projects that span multiple months • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellence at building and managing high-level customer relationships • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and understand the finer technical points of the product • Ability to have high-stakes conversations with a variety of stakeholders
