📋 Description

• You independently manage and develop your sales territory and build long-term customer relationships • You acquire new clients and actively oversee the support and development of existing partnerships • You independently develop projects — from the initial concept through the technical planning department to on-site construction • You accompany projects from the early service phases and ensure continuous cost control and economical execution together with the team • You optimize planning processes, develop practical standards and identify targeted cost-saving potentials • You advise architects, structural engineers, investors and commercial and industrial clients competently on commercial and technical matters • You bring experience in the planning, tendering and awarding of timber and turnkey construction projects and will prospectively also take part in project-specific cost estimating • After successful project development, you hand the project over in a structured manner to our project management for implementation once it is ready for construction

🎯 Requirements

• Completed further training or a degree in construction — e.g., construction technician, Bachelor’s/Master’s in timber engineering or civil engineering, or a similar qualification • Ideally, you already have experience in sales and in turnkey/timber construction • You present yourself confidently and convincingly — whether speaking with clients, architects or planners • You conduct negotiations with tact, clarity and with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers for the long term • You are familiar with the relevant standards and recognized rules of engineering practice
