📋 Description

• Responsibility for planning, controlling and successful delivery of projects in AI, data analytics, public administration digitalization and digital identity/credentials • Define and design project management methodology and project management deliverables for proposal and contract preparation; identify and manage change requests • Establish project structure considering project constraints and framework conditions • Ensure contract objectives (scope, quality, cost, schedule), plan milestones and manage resources across all project phases • Contract controlling, committee work and collaboration with clients and end customers; coordinate all project roles and stakeholders • Budget planning, risk management, project documentation and escalation management • Systematic planning, analysis and preparation of decision inputs suitable for management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience leading large IT projects, ideally in consulting or regulated industries such as IT security or digital government & identities, with proven ability to lead project teams technically • Solid knowledge of project and risk management, controlling and reporting • Experience in contract design as well as business and value-creation processes in systems business • High degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness and excellent communication skills • Business-fluent English and willingness to travel for projects • Ideally certified by PMI, ITIL or comparable organizations
