• Lead the creation, execution, and management of creative work at the highest level. • Craft compelling assets across various formats, including our website, marketing content, sales enablement materials, demand generation campaigns, videos, virtual and physical events and more. • Manage the design process from conception through to final execution, incorporating feedback and revisions to meet high standards of excellence. • Be strong conceptually and creatively, as well as a hands-on designer who enjoys execution work. • Uphold meticulous attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of craft. • Live and breathe identity systems design, strategically, creatively and operationally. • Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to enforce brand guidelines company-wide. • Be a leader, manager and mentor to other designers, with one direct report to start.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in brand design and art direction in-house or with agency. Portfolio required when applying. • 2+ years of people management experience. • Experience managing both brand and lead generation creative strategies. • Ability to think strategically about brand identity and translate it into visually compelling design elements. • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get the work done in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-focused design skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. • Strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with the growth team to bring your creative visions to life. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. • A scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to enthusiastically accept challenges. • Proficiency in a range of design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and web design platforms.
