📋 Description

• Translate complex business problems and stakeholder objectives into clear, actionable requirements and technical solutions • Challenge, clarify, and collaboratively formulate requirements from business departments • Manage multiple projects in parallel, such as three smaller projects or one large project alongside one or two smaller projects • Maximize product value and independently decide what should be developed, when, and in what order • Ensure the right topics are implemented while developers and agencies ensure they are implemented correctly • Make all stakeholders’ interests transparent and balance company goals with the needs of the business departments • Adapt communication to different audiences • Develop a clear product vision and communicate it convincingly • Define appropriate quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in process engineering, business analysis, or integration development • German and English at least at C1 level • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach: solution-oriented, decisive, and accountable • Ability to balance different interests, make clear decisions, and take ownership • Ability to stay well organized across multiple parallel projects, communicate priorities clearly, and reliably deliver results • Pragmatic, hands-on mentality • Strong analytical understanding of data flows, interfaces, and integrations, with a focus on scalability and sustainability • Cover letter, résumé including salary expectations, and earliest possible start date as part of the application
