📋 Description

• Source, recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for a variety of projects and programs • Research job boards and identify effective posting channels based on project requirements • Create and post job advertisements across job boards and online communities • Apply creative sourcing strategies to identify specialized, rare, niche, and hard-to-find talent • Support crowd recruitment initiatives and source large, diverse pools of task-based contributors across multiple markets • Build, nurture, and maintain scalable sourcing funnels for high-volume recruitment needs • Use social media and professional networks to attract candidates • Communicate daily with candidates and provide timely responses • Support screening and qualification processes according to project guidelines • Track and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reports • Maintain organized recruitment documentation and data accuracy • Collaborate on improvements to sourcing practices and workflows • Identify sourcing bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements • Build partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks • Support candidate engagement throughout the candidate lifecycle • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the manager or supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles • Experience sourcing candidates within North America • Experience posting and researching job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and niche boards • Hands-on experience with ATS and resource management tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience sourcing and advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok • Experience with digital marketing • Experience working in multinational, multicultural, or virtual environments • Experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization • Expertise in job-board usage and online research methods • Ability to apply creative approaches to sourcing and candidate identification • Experience developing and scaling crowd recruiting pipelines or high-volume recruitment channels • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Workspace • Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, teamwork, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Experience with specialized sourcing, crowd recruitment, gig-economy talent, or high-volume recruiting is strongly preferred • Fluency in one or more languages other than English is desired • Prior customer service experience, distributed talent-pool management, and familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools, Boolean search, or advanced sourcing techniques are desired • CV must be submitted in English
