📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Scottish local authority customers, acting as their trusted commercial partner • Build and lead clear account plans, shaped around council priorities, budgets and service pressures • Lead renewal and contract conversations, clearly explaining value and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships • Work closely with customer success and solution specialists to support adoption and resolve issues quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with or selling into Scottish local government or public sector organisations • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including directors and heads of service • Experience selling software or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in complex environments • An understanding of social care, commissioning or wider local government services in Scotland
