• Develop and implement new features on our custom WordPress stack. • Optimize performance across our backend and frontend stack. • Contribute to product analytics solutions, utilizing feedback from logging and debugging services for troubleshooting and improvements. • Collaborate effectively with engineers, researchers, executives, and designers. • Communicate development progress and collaborate across the Product & Engineering team. • Address engineering challenges creatively and effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PHP development experience. • Familiarity with modern PHP tooling and best practices. • Proficiency in working with Composer, PSR-4 PHP autoloading, Redis, and MySQL. • Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks. • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems. • Proficient with Git in a collaborative environment (e.g., GitHub). • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. • Experience with Agile development practices, including code reviews and pair programming. • Knowledge of software design patterns and responsive web frameworks.
