📋 Description
• Identify, attract and select talent for operational, technical, administrative and strategic roles • Manage the full Recruitment & Selection process with quality, speed and results orientation • Ensure deliveries within deadlines (SLA) and meet hiring targets • Source candidates across multiple channels 🔍 • Conduct interviews and selection processes 👩💻 • Use our ATS (InfoJobs / Pandapé) and other platforms • Maintain close and transparent communication with clients and candidates 🤝
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in generalist Recruitment & Selection (including work in recruitment consultancies) • Ability to manage a high volume of open roles • Excellent communication skills ✨ (verbal and written) • Organization, professionalism and strong team spirit 👥 • Knowledge of ATS platforms 📊 • Registered CNPJ (active MEI) to operate under a PJ contractor model
