📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process for Filipino professionals placed into overseas businesses • Source candidates across job boards, professional networks, Facebook groups, referrals, and direct outreach • Test sourcing platforms and talent pools and report on candidate quality • Write targeted job advertisements • Screen and rank applications against client briefs, using AI to improve speed • Conduct live interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks • Build final shortlists and candidate documentation for clients • Set up and maintain integrations between ATS, assessment tools, and AI screening tools • Automate manual hiring-process steps and write consistent SOPs • Manage the recruitment inbox and client follow-ups • Improve shortlist presentation • Own and continuously improve the VA onboarding process • Refine onboarding, training, and VA resources, including construction-industry materials • Improve handover between onboarding and the VA Success Manager’s team-management role

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR with a strong recruitment component • Genuine BPO or offshore staffing experience recruiting Filipino candidates for international companies • Real experience using AI in recruitment • Exposure to business operations beyond recruitment • Experience connecting recruitment tools through APIs or automation platforms, or appetite to build this • Deep knowledge of talent pools and sourcing platforms • Experience hiring for Australian- or US-based businesses • Onboarding experience, including refining and developing onboarding programs for VAs and clients • Strong spoken and written English • Proficiency with an applicant tracking system such as Teamtailor, Workable, JazzHR, Greenhouse, or similar • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn • Proficiency with AI tools used in day-to-day work, especially Claude • Proficiency with Google Workspace and video interviewing/recording tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Fathom • Ability to maintain ATS, assessment-tool, and AI-screening-tool integrations • Experience or willingness to build automations using APIs, n8n, Make, or Zapier • Ability to use Asana, ClickUp, Slack, and Loom is ideal but not essential • High standards and willingness to reject candidates who are good but not right • Ability to justify recommendations with evidence from interviews, assessments, or reference checks • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles • Clear and prompt communication • Candidate care and ability to make candidates feel relaxed
