📋 Description

• Ensure the secure operation of IT and OT systems and protect them against cyberattacks • Monitor security-relevant events and assess vulnerabilities • Derive technical and organizational security measures • Coordinate and bring external service provider expertise in-house • Collaborate with IT, OT, QA, and Compliance • Translate regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and GxP into operational security processes • Support security awareness initiatives • Serve as the point of contact for the innovation, continuous development, and optimization of core security technologies, including network security, IAM, endpoint security, and PAM • Support the detection, prioritization, documentation, and escalation of cybersecurity incidents • Further develop security operations processes and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• You are resident and officially registered in Germany, with Germany as your primary residence • You have successfully completed a university degree, ideally in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity • You hold at least one relevant certification, such as CISSP, GIAC, ISO 27001, SOC, or Incident Response certification • You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and have good English skills
