• Provide high-level support across multiple businesses. • Conduct outbound calls and generate leads. • Assist with collections and payment follow-ups. • Support eBay and online marketplace activities. • Prepare reports and assist with daily business operations. • Organize and manage tasks and assignments. • Post advertisements on online platforms. • Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Proficient level of English (written and spoken). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Previous sales experience is a plus, especially selling through eBay or online marketplaces. • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Sales Representative, Collections Specialist, Operations Assistant, or in similar professional roles. • Strong sense of ownership and accountability. • High level of integrity, proactivity, trustworthiness, and a highly dependable work ethic. • Strong responsibility, follow-through, and organizational skills. • Professional communication skills with a strong speaking voice and positive personality. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
