• Hunter responsible for closing new business on larger and more strategic opportunities in EMEA • Outbound prospecting and appointment setting focused on target EMEA markets • Nurture sales leads from first contact through first revenue • Source EMEA pipeline, manage evaluation cycles and close business • Learn and operate within Hologram's sales process; effectively run deal cycles • Communicate the value of Hologram's platform to multiple personas • Work closely with Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Product, and Marketing teams • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to continually optimize productivity • Support product or process improvements to help a rapidly growing organization • Report to the VP of EMEA Sales and maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability
• 5+ Years of sales and closing experience within a complex sales funnel • SaaS/technical background experience • Thrives in ambiguity • Detail-oriented and organized • Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Passion for determining what your customers' needs and ensuring Hologram delivers phenomenal experiences at every touchpoint • Ability to take broad goals and turn them into specific plans, working through obstacles, and making good decisions along the way • A talent for moving fast, both when a customer has an immediate need, and on solving bigger problems in a timely manner • Eagerness to continue to learn and grow, at any stage of your career • Bonus: IoT technical sales background • Bonus: Formal value selling training (MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger, etc.) • Bonus: Experience landing and expanding in a usage or consumption-based product • Bonus: Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles
• £90,000 - £110,000 base + Commission. Total annual target compensation is split 50/50 between base and commission.
