• Manage and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting software platforms • Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax returns accurately and in a timely manner • Assist clients with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Collaborate with team members and clients to address accounting-related inquiries and issues • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to clients
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA certification is a plus and would be considered an advantage • Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other similar accounting software platforms • Previous experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
