• Analyze workforce trends including headcount, attrition, internal mobility, performance, compensation, and recruiting funnel metrics • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and meaningful KPIs • Identify drivers behind trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders • Design and maintain Discovery Boards and Composite Reports to enable scalable self-service analytics • Build complex Workday reports using advanced reporting, calculated fields, and data blending techniques • Optimize existing reports for performance, usability, and governance • Develop standardized metric definitions and reporting frameworks • Partner with People Tech to ensure data integrity across Workday modules • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and leadership to understand reporting needs • Present findings through clear data storytelling and visualizations • Train stakeholders on interpreting dashboards and using self-service reporting
• 3–6+ years in People Analytics, HRIS analytics, or Workforce Analytics • Hands-on Workday reporting experience including Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, Advanced Reports, and Calculated Fields • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and explain business impact • Experience building executive dashboards and KPI frameworks
