Description

• Content development for sales materials (think case studies, white papers, etc.) • Create SEO-optimized blog posts • Manage paid ad campaigns - bonus if you can do this today - but we can also give you the foundation and you can run with it! • Not only create content, but create leads! Focusing on what percentage is converting and how quickly • Based on market research, contribute to planning and implementing the development strategy for the new target market initiatives • Organize cross-functional ideation sessions and propose and prepare new projects that fit the company's strategy • Design and implement omni-channel campaigns combining email marketing and content tactics to drive consumer acquisition and retention • Work with the enablement, revenue and people teams to build out and execute campaigns, track interactions, capture and utilize data across the client journey for targeting and engagement, and measure attribution and performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment. Demonstrated ability to grow reach, awareness, acquisition and retention. • Extremely proficient in HubSpot or a fast-learner who can pick it up quick • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required or equivalent experience • Able to work in a fast-moving environment, deal with ambiguity and dare to take calculated risks appropriate for innovation, and remain flexible and open-minded • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels • Budget-management skills and proficiency • Knowledge and understanding of selling technology and technology companies • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach • Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
