Description

• Native level Thai Content Moderator • Moderate content to ensure it is free of illegal, hate speech, and harmful content • Work with global gaming brand • Review various types of content including comments, chats, images, videos, and audio files • Follow moderation guidelines set by clients • Keep updated on guidelines and system changes • Adhere to scheduled moderation shifts • Escalate content when necessary • Report technical issues and provide feedback • Approx. 2-3 hours per week, Wednesday shift from 9-10pm GMT • Potential for additional hours on weekends and evenings

Requirements

• Native level Thai proficiency • Fluency in written and spoken English • Content moderation or online safety experience preferred • High level of resilience • Proficient with digital technology • Eager to learn and receptive to feedback • Demonstrate commitment and reliability
