• Content moderation to ensure user-generated content is free of illegal, hate speech, and harmful content • Safeguarding online gaming community by moderating and escalating inappropriate content • Reviewing and moderating various types of content per hour according to guidelines • Resilient to sensitive or challenging content • Demonstrating commitment and reliability in assigned shifts
Requirements
• Native level US English • Understanding of American culture and language • Background experience in content moderation or online safety is desirable • High level of resilience, tech proficient, eager to learn and receptive to feedback • Demonstrate commitment and reliability • Meet IT requirements: PC with specified operating system, processor, RAM, internet speed, storage, webcam, headset, Android or iOS device, not compatible with Chromebook & Linux
