📋 Description

• Lead investigations into employment law matters through to conclusion, working closely with managers and HR teams. • Advise HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders on employment law and Employee Relations matters. • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. • Take subject-matter ownership of complex Employee Relations and misconduct cases. • Manage and coordinate employment tribunal proceedings, Early Conciliation processes, and collaboration with internal and external legal counsel. • Analyze Employee Relations metrics, prepare reports, and identify trends and recommendations for action. • Support change management initiatives and HR projects, as well as the development of HR policies, processes, and documentation. • Strengthen ER capabilities through coaching, training, and the sharing of best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or employment law, ideally in a complex, operational environment. • Experience handling employment law cases and conflict situations. • Excellent advisory and communication skills, with the ability to professionally influence and persuade a range of stakeholders. • Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and developing recommendations for action. • Strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex topics simultaneously. • Excellent written and spoken German and English are required. • Team-oriented personality with high integrity, a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels. • Existing right to work in the country where you are applying is required.
