📋 Description

• Lead investigations into employment-law matters through to completion, working closely with managers and HR teams. • Advise HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders on employment-law and Employee Relations matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. • Take functional ownership of complex Employee Relations cases and various misconduct cases. • Manage and coordinate employment tribunal proceedings, Early Conciliation processes, and collaboration with internal and external legal counsel. • Analyze Employee Relations metrics, prepare regular reports, and identify trends and recommendations for the business. • Support change-management initiatives and HR projects, as well as the development of HR policies, processes, and documentation. • Promote the development of ER capabilities across the HR organization through coaching, training, and best-practice sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or employment law, ideally in a complex, operational environment. • Experience handling employment-law cases and conflict situations. • Excellent advisory and communication skills, with the ability to professionally influence and persuade diverse stakeholders. • Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and developing recommendations for action. • Strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex topics simultaneously. • Very good written and spoken German and English are required. • Team-oriented personality with high integrity, a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. • Applicants must already hold valid work authorization for the country in which they are applying.
