⢠Manage inbound candidate flow ⢠Proactively sourcing new candidates ⢠Running first-round qualification interviews ⢠Maintaining a clean, organized recruiting & hiring pipeline ⢠Booking only **qualified, high-quality candidates** into second-round interviews ⢠Track hiring metrics and pipeline performance ⢠Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve hiring efficiency ⢠Continuously refine sourcing strategies and screening processes
