📋 Description

• Manage inbound candidate flow • Proactively sourcing new candidates • Running first-round qualification interviews • Maintaining a clean, organized recruiting & hiring pipeline • Booking only **qualified, high-quality candidates** into second-round interviews • Track hiring metrics and pipeline performance • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve hiring efficiency • Continuously refine sourcing strategies and screening processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring coordination, or candidate screening (agency or in-house). • Strong experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn (Recruiter or Sales Navigator experience is a plus). • Comfort running first-round screening / qualification calls and asking structured interview questions. • Ability to assess candidate quality, motivation, communication skills, and role fit. • Highly organized with experience managing multiple candidates and open roles at once. • Experience using an ATS or CRM to track candidates, notes, and pipeline stages. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-up (email, LinkedIn messages, etc.). • Process-oriented mindset with an interest in building and improving systems. • Ability to make clear pass / fail recommendations based on defined criteria. • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment. • Proactive Attitude** • High Emotional Intelligence** • Strong Time Management** • Tech-Savvy** • Attention to Detail** • Strong Work Ethic** • Honest and Trustworthy** • Generous and Caring
