📋 Description

• Aggressive full-cycle recruiting, source, screen, schedule, and drive candidates through to offer and contract across multiple roles and regions at once, at speed • Proactive multi-channel outreach, you don’t wait for inbound. You run massive, proactive reach-out across LinkedIn, cold channels, and beyond, building pipeline rather than depending only on available sourcing channels • Always-ready talent pools, maintain warm, engaged pipelines of pre-qualified candidates ready to be matched the moment a need opens, so we’re never starting from zero • Warm candidate engagement, keep talent warm and relationship-managed throughout, not just transactionally processed • Offers & contracts, own offer structuring and contract coordination through to signature • Onboarding handoff, manage contractual agreements and plug new hires in for onboarding with their line managers, then hand off cleanly (people-ops scope here is intentionally limited to contracts + onboarding handoff — this is not a broad HR generalist role) • AI-native sourcing, you natively use AI and automation tools to source, enrich, and reach out at scale; this is core to how you work, not an add-on

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years in talent acquisition / talent ops at a high-growth startup or agency where you owned execution end-to-end • Global hiring experience, you’ve recruited across multiple countries and regions comfortably, with no conditions or limits on the markets you’ll represent • AI-native sourcer, you already build and use AI/automation tooling for sourcing, enrichment, and outreach. This is non-negotiable; we move fast and lean on AI to do it • Aggressive and proactive, you hunt for talent, build pipeline ahead of need, and don’t wait to be told. Relentless, fast, outcome-driven • Thrives in ambiguity, energized, not paralyzed, by a non-structured, fast-changing environment. You build the structure yourself • Fluent English, written and spoken, fully remote, async-first, globally distributed • Flexible and non-corporate, speed, change, and direct ownership are the norm • Bonus: familiarity with contractor / EOR / global employment and contract structures
