📋 Description
• Design and execute talent and succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and change management strategies for a division or business unit • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner on medium-complexity talent challenges • Influence stakeholders across divisions • Analyze workforce needs and employee engagement data to guide organizational development • Advance inclusion initiatives • Support career development and leadership succession planning activities • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess talent readiness • Plan and oversee training needs assessments and curriculum development • Define capability requirements with stakeholders • Evaluate and manage third-party training providers • Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance • Analyze talent and development data to identify trends and insights • Prepare reports supporting workforce decisions • Coordinate talent development program activities across stakeholders • Ensure timely execution and effective communication
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience • Advanced English
