• We are looking for a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at IMPACT BRANDS. IMPACT BRANDS is a fast-growing, innovative USA-based company, which specializes in health, beauty and pet products development. Join our diverse movement of top talented people around the world! • Work with Advertising platforms • Identify the target audience for a particular media campaign and decide how best to communicate to that audience • Optimize spend and performance based on the insights/results • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies • Use Google Sheets to report/analyze results • Make decisions and have a strong sense of ownership • Develop and apply knowledge of advertising industry trends and synthesize with company objectives in creating media solutions • Partner with other team members and help enhance media management and optimization workflows • And other tasks

Requirements

• Higher education • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing • Strong analytical, problem-solving, logical & creative skills • Keen to details • Fluency in English • Willingness to learn and develop daily • Take decisions and have a strong ownership • Know the basics of different marketing channels (Native and Display Advertising, RTB, Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, etc.)
