📋 Description

• Drive monthly sales numbers and revenue growth, consistently surpassing targets • Implement sales strategies to maximize program enrollments • Conduct applicant interviews to assess eligibility, inspire interest, and recommend suitable international internship programs • Use Gmail, Zoom, Calendly, and Google Calendar to manage communications • Maintain an organized applicant follow-up pipeline using communication strategies • Respond promptly to inquiries, aiming for replies within 24 hours • Improve product knowledge and sales techniques through learning and training • Apply feedback from training, call shadowing, and reviews • Collaborate with team members and share best practices • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred • Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus • Native-level English • Spanish proficiency is a bonus • Exceptional phone skills with a professional, persuasive manner and strong emotional intelligence • Passion for connecting with people globally and valuing international internships • Proven ability to hit targets and think creatively to achieve goals • Strong attention to detail and cultural awareness • Home office space required • Personal computer required • Resume/CV and brief cover letter must be submitted in English
