Description

• Mayfair is looking for a Lead Product Manager to help us expand our offering from a singular product to a comprehensive suite of products that will make Mayfair become the default corporate cash management provider • Work alongside the founders to define the product roadmap and partner with engineering and design to turn that roadmap into reality • Play an active role in the development process by leading QA testing prior to releasing anything to production • Join the Mayfair team - be on a team of experienced, multi-time founders, whose previous companies were backed by top investors

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry • Have a large portfolio of products that are you have directly helped successfully launch • Have enough technical knowledge to write detailed requirements for engineering and can query a database to make data-informed decisions • Have a tendency to approach problems from first principles • Have exceptional organizational skills, including organizing and directing cross-functional teams, and prioritizing resource allocation • Have a fantastic communication skills: concise and precise, with the ability to put yourself in the other person’s shoes and realize how you need to explain a concept for it to make sense to that person
