Description
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements • Improve on documentation strategy • Produce high-quality documentation with a focus on both technical and business flows • Collaborate with development teams to align on documentation approach
Requirements
• Working knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem • Familiarity with the SDLC and software development • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation • Previous exposure to highly technical teams as well as business/client stakeholders • Ability and interest in building a product knowledge base • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures • Great organizational skills and ability to follow multiple threads at the same time • Ability to work independently • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
