Description

• Implement, direct, and administer aspects of the human resources function for the Seller team. • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team. • Contribute to technical direction and initiatives. • Work on features and provide feedback through code reviews and pairing. • Deploy user-facing code to production. • Act as a strong partner to product and engineering management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience. • Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent experience. • Strong communication skills. • Understanding of building production-ready web applications and systems. • Experience with Elixir, Erlang, Ruby, Javascript, NextJs, or another programming language. • Passionate about testing practices and continuous improvement. • Familiarity with event based architectures, database fundamentals, and GraphQL.
