• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive sustained growth across the allergy and autoimmunity portfolios • Achieve sales and activity targets through effective planning, customer engagement, and implementation of territory strategies that support improved patient outcomes and business growth • Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through to closure while focusing on customer retention, expansion, and growth • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across primary care, secondary care, and laboratories to support the development and improvement of patient pathways • Collaborate across internal teams to support territory success • Lead tender responses and manage negotiations, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company guidelines • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain timely reporting of activities and opportunities within Salesforce • Monitor customer, market, and competitor trends and provide actionable recommendations • Contribute proactively to the annual AOP process and develop relationships with local key opinion leaders • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and educational workshops while ensuring compliance with quality management systems and processes
• BSc degree or higher in Biology, Clinical Biology, Immunology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline preferred • Equivalent experience will also be considered • Proven track record in sales, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes • Experience leading tenders, negotiations, quotations, and contract management • Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and key opinion leaders • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient pathways, and laboratory processes • Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills • Strong pipeline management and sales forecasting capabilities • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships • Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment • Strong data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills • High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC) • Full clean driving licence • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
