âą Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial experience âą Proven success in product lifecycle management, from concept through commercialization âą Strong business acumen and ability to develop compelling business cases and financial models âą Excellence in gathering and synthesizing Voice of Customer insights âą Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills in matrix environment âą Strong communication and presentation abilities across all organizational levels âą Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and go-to-market plans âą Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities âą Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint âą Project management skills to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives âą Customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of market dynamics âą Up to 30% travel required, including international âą Knowledge of relevant scientific/technical domain preferred for specific product lines âą Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements for applicable markets
