📋 Description
• Identify and engage potential participants for clinical trials • Conduct demographic and medical history phone interviews • Schedule volunteers for screening and/or consent appointments • Perform administrative duties such as copying, filing, and spreadsheets
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous customer service experience (6 months to 1 year) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to multitask and work independently • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
