📋 Description

• Contribute to data-driven decision-making within the organization • Deliver technical and professional mentorship on predictive and prescriptive analytics • Develop new methods to address data and analysis issues • Build analytical capability of HR business partners through mentorship and training

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, science, or statistics and 3 years of experience in HR data and analytics, or equivalent experience • Or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or statistics and 5 years of experience in HR data and analytics, or equivalent background • Ability to craft prompts for better GenAI output • Proficiency in visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Python • Knowledge of key HR metrics
