⢠Contribute to revenue growth and customer success through technical sales expertise ⢠Represent portfolio of Flow Cytometry instruments and solutions ⢠Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions ⢠Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while providing technical expertise across the sales cycle ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and application support to implement sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences
⢠Master's degree plus 5 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or life sciences industry ⢠Preferred Fields of Study: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related discipline ⢠Technical knowledge of Flow Cytometry and applications ⢠Strong understanding of Capital Equipment purchase processes ⢠Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets ⢠Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts ⢠Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities ⢠Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment ⢠Travel requirements of 50-75% within assigned territory ⢠Valid driver's license ⢠Located in Flanders or the Netherlands ⢠Proficiency in English and Dutch required, additional languages valued for international roles ⢠Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
