📋 Description

• Make a high volume of outbound calls every business day, targeting agents at competing brokerages and other qualified prospects • Use company-provided databases, MLS data, Courted.io, LinkedIn, and our GoHighLevel CRM to identify and prioritize the best-fit prospects • Build rapport quickly, ask strong questions, and clearly present our value proposition: 100% commission model, support, technology, coaching, and growth opportunity • Handle objections around timing, loyalty, fees, and support with confidence and professionalism • Complete 15+ targeted LinkedIn connection requests daily as a supporting channel • Follow up relentlessly by phone, text, email, and CRM, and document every outcome same-day • Stay engaged with each recruited agent through signing, license transfer, onboarding, and first payment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven cold calling, outbound sales, recruiting, or acquisitions experience • Ability to work full-time in a remote environment • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home workspace, and reliable computer/phone access • Experience using a CRM, or the ability to learn quickly
