📋 Description

• Design how customers collaborate with AI inside a journey • Define trust, control, review, approval, steering, and reversal experiences for AI actions • Create new interaction patterns for expressing intent and receiving intelligent results • Partner with product management, engineering, and research to turn new capabilities into useful experiences • Establish reusable AI interaction patterns within TheyDo’s design language • Turn ambiguous, fast-moving opportunities into concrete roadmap bets using prototypes • Prototype constantly, including with AI • Conduct user interviews and participate in sales and customer success calls and design community activities • Ship high-quality, end-to-end experiences • Evolve the design system as new patterns mature • Help establish how AI experience design is practiced at TheyDo

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating judgment on ambiguous, 0→1 product problems • Fluency with an AI-first design process • Experience designing and prototyping with modern AI models • Proactive ideation and ability to identify important problems independently • Strong prototyping skills • Systems thinking and ability to define and evaluate new interaction patterns • Comfort with complexity and enterprise constraints • Experience with B2B or otherwise complex software • Familiarity with customer journeys, service design, or research practices is a plus • Willingness to work/live within the CET +/- 2 timezone • Experience designing and building agentic-based solutions, including through a job or side project
