Requirements

• Software engineer, technician, technologist, or related Education Certificate. • Experience working under the ITIL framework, certification preferred. • 5+ years of experience in software development. • Advanced JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 Skills. • 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow. • Experience working with USA companies. • Ability to develop new knowledge with ease. • Organized & excellent time management skills. • Willingness to share knowledge and assist teammates.
