Description

• Design experiences that solve customers' needs • Report to Chief Product Officer • Develop user-centered design solutions • Partner with product to guide design work and inform business strategy • Present design concepts and communicate design intent • Refine design requirements and arrive at best design solutions • Lead cross-functional design brainstorms • Design intuitive, clear, and elegant flows and experiences • Create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows • Advocate for design changes and improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience in user experience design • Experience designing for web and mobile apps • Familiarity with technical and usability constraints for desktop and mobile • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams • Ability to lead the conception and prototyping of new products • Participate in planning and executing user research projects • Strong written communication skills
