Description

• Lead and inspire a talented SRE team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence • Drive the strategic vision for build, implementation, and management of FedRAMP-compliant infrastructure and systems • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams • Provide oversight and direction for continuous monitoring, logging, and auditing of systems • Stay current with industry best practices, evolving security threats, and updates to FedRAMP guidelines to enhance security posture • Drive operational excellence in operations and security processes • Leverage synergies with Cisco's broader ecosystem • Mentor and develop engineering talent

Requirements

• Led a team of 4+ engineers • 5+ years of experience building and supporting mission-critical services • Experience building and/or operating FedRAMP environments • Experience identifying and analyzing cyber security risks • Strong understanding of the FedRAMP framework and compliance requirements • Familiarity with security best practices, vulnerability management, and incident response processes • Provide strong technical vision for the team • Experience formulating a team's technical strategy and roadmap • Worked on large-scale distributed systems with multi-tiered architecture • Understand how to balance tactical needs with strategic growth and quality-based initiatives • Value perspectives and skills from diverse backgrounds • Cisco is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer
